Hi I have an issue with recording a video. It says *error invalid* codec. It creates an Avi. file ext. But my program records in MPG4
How can i install the necessary codec? Thanks

You just need to install the proper codec. I believe this is what you are looking for

Thanks Bored for the great info.  that doesnt change the file ext. in my program thou so ive decided to only record in the mpg4 format & possibly convert my .avi 's to mpg4's if necessary ,but "more importantly it is a problem with my program they've been working-on & i hope a new updated version will be available soon" addressing this problem with recording in optional formats.
